The prices quoted are 'bottom line' prices; there are no extras no matter where the course is held in the UK. If you are outside the UK and want our training then just contact us - we can often arrange something especially for you.
The set price covers:
- the design of the course
- pre-course information for distribution to attenders
- course tuition by an expert and experienced tutor
- any tutor expenses such as travel and accommodation
- a post-course evaluation booklet which contains feedback form both participants and tutor
- permanent registration of participants' attendance, on our database
- a certificate that details who attended the course, for your records
- certificates for each participant, so they can record their CPD

If ever you where not to be happy with a course we provided we would refund all you had paid, with no questions asked. However we understand that the real cost of training is the cost of assembling up to 16 staff in one room, so we are committed to the idea that such an eventuality never happens.
